Project details
New planting beds and stone masonry transform this Dedham backyard. A natural stone retaining wall raises a long border garden behind the patio, planted with peonies, salvia, and perennials for waves of color, while granite-cobblestone-edged beds curve along the white privacy fence — layered with hydrangeas, hostas, boxwoods, ornamental grasses, and a Japanese maple in fresh dark mulch. Renewed beds around the garden shed tie the whole property together.
